When to choose group booking

Use Group booking for 2–50 travellers who share the same departure and destination airports, travel dates, trip type and ticket purpose. Individual / family booking supports 1–9 travellers. Different routes or dates need separate requests.

For a return reservation, the return date is shared by the group. The listed return price includes the outward and return itinerary for each traveller.

How is the group price calculated?

The group total is the number of travellers multiplied by the listed per-traveller price. One-way is ₹1,299 / US$14 per traveller; departure plus return is ₹1,499 / US$16 per traveller. The standard rates apply to group bookings.

Review the exact group total in the booking form before making the payment. UPI is charged in INR.

Required details for every traveller

• First name
• Surname
• Passport number
• Date of birth
• Passport expiry date

Check every entry against the passport. A group organiser’s contact details do not replace the individual traveller fields.

Paste a group list into the booking form

The form accepts one traveller per line, with five columns separated by vertical bars or spreadsheet tabs. Use this column order:

After importing, check each field in the form before continuing. Submit passport details through those fields rather than a public comment or general support message.

Payment and delivery for a group

The request shows one combined payment amount and one request reference. After UPI payment, share the screenshot via WhatsApp with that reference. The travel desk verifies the actual bank credit before confirming payment.

The airline or booking provider issues the reservation separately. The travel desk confirms the PNR details, reservation validity and delivery after issuance. A single website request reference does not promise that all travellers will share one airline PNR.
